Matt has over 15 years in management roles within the hospitality industry, most recently as Group Marketing Manager at CSC Group and General Manager – Marketing at Brisbane Racing Club. Under his stewardship, CSC Group was awarded Qld Club of the Year in 2019. He also helped establish North Lakes Sports Club In 2016 and was the recipient of the Clubs Qld Young Manager of the Year Award in 2011.

Emily is a Communications Specialist and Provisional Psychologist. She has extensive experience supporting organisations through periods of rapid growth, change and development. She has worked in HR, Marketing, IT and Communications departments across several large organisations, most recently Macquarie University and the Queensland University of Technology.
